Below is a link to an article from the Wall Street Journal that covers how tighter lending practices are having an big impact on the approval % of loan applications that get approval. It goes on to explains that the nationally, 28.6% of loan applications get DECLINED. In Texas things are even worse with 44% getting declined.
What this clearly shows us is that your client may have been Pre-Aproved by their lender, however when the loan gets set to underwriting for income, asset & loan documentation verification they many are being declined.
There is an solution to this problem and that is to get our clients FULL Credit Approval. What this means is that underwriting has verified there income, assets, credit & other loan documentation and your client has FULL credit Approval.
The big question now is does this cost our client anything ? The answer to that is no. Full Credit Approval does not cost your client anything apart from a bit of extra time early on in the Real Estate transaction process, and that they turn in their loan documentation for review.
There are no also upfront fees, No Application Fee & No Consultation Fee. Absolutely no upfront fees are charged to your clients.

Lone Star High School Band March-a-thon

Saturday, September 17th, 2011 Christie Ranch, Grayhawk and Northridge 8:30am to 3:30pm

Frisco Lone Star High School

The Lonestar marching band will march through our neighborhood along with Christie Ranch and Northridge as a fundraiser for the band.
They will be marching a 10K and playing as they go with mini concerts along the route.
